NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION

A Neighborhood Revitalization Plan was adopted by The City of Lehigh in 2004. This plan allows either residents or businesses the opportunities for a tax break on remodeling or new building projects costing at least $5,000.00. Her are some of the plan details.

• Prior to any construction, you must contact the City Clerk to begin the application process.
• Please call or visit the City office to see if the rehabilitation, alteration, addition, or new construction qualifies for a TAX REBATE on property taxes.
• Applications for the Neighborhood Revitalization Program are available in the City office, located in the City Building.
